摘　　要：目的 :建立一种用胶束动电毛细管色谱法 (MECC)测定复方茶碱片中各组分含量的方法。方法 :用硼酸 -氢氧化钠 -十二烷基硫酸钠 (SDS)为缓冲液来分离 ,以氯霉素为内标 ,2 14nm为测定波长。结果 :样品中可可碱、咖啡因、氨基比林、茶碱、非那西丁、苯巴比妥等 6组分完全分离且呈良好线性关系 ,其加样回收率为 98.37%～ 10 1.81%。盐酸麻黄碱及颠茄浸膏粉的存在对测定结果没有影响。结论 :方法简便、准确 。OBJECTIVE:To establish a micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography method for the determination of compound theophylline tablets.METHOD:The buffer used was boric acid sodium hydrochloride SDS. The internal standard was chloramphenicol and the detective wavelength was 214nm. RESULTS:Six components including theobromine, caffine, aminophyrine, theophylline,phenacetin and phenobarbitone were completely separated and determined. The recoveries of the six components were from 98.37% to 101.81%. The other components in compound theophylline tablets did not affect the determination.CONCLUSION:The method was simple and accurate, which is supposed to be used for the quality control of compound theophylline tablets.
