复方丹参滴丸在充血性心力衰竭治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨复方丹参滴丸在充血性心力衰竭常规治疗中的作用。方法　 5 4例充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组 :复方丹参滴丸合用组和常规治疗对照组。两组均合理应用强心、利尿、扩血管常规治疗药品 ,复方丹参滴丸合用组 ,每次 10粒 ,tid ,po,4周为一个疗程。观察临床疗效 ,并用彩色多普勒超声技术测定治疗前后的血流动力学参数。结果　复方丹参滴丸合用组总有效率为 92 .9% ,常规治疗对照组总有效率为 92 .3% ,治疗后复方丹参滴丸合用组和常规对照组的CO、SV、EF均明显增加 (组内相比P <0 .0 1) ,但两组间相比无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。治疗后复方丹参滴丸合用组VE增加 ,VA下降 ,E/A比值增加。与常规治疗对照组相比 ,有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　常规加复方丹参滴丸治疗充血性心力衰竭有良好的疗效 ,使心输出量增加 ,左室舒张功能明显改善 。Aim To observe the effects of composite Dan Shen droplet pills in the treatment of congestive heart failure.Methods 54 patients with congestive heart failure were divided into two groups:FDD group which took composite danshen droplet pills,three times a day,ten pills each time four weeks consisting of a treatment course,and control group.Both the groups were treated with strengthening heart,enlarging blood Vessls,uretic medicines.With color Doppler echo-graphy to observe the clinic effects and measure the parameter of blood dynamics before and after the treatment.Results The total effective rate of the FDD group is 92.9%.The total effective rate of the control group is 92.3%(P>0.05).CO,SV,EF of the two groups were increased obviously after the treatment.Among the FDD group,VE was increased,VA was decreased,E/A rate was increased after treatment,compared with the control group,P>0.05.Conclusion Composite Dan Shen droplet pills can obviously improve the left ventricular dilatation function in the treatment of congestive heart failure.
