摘 要:目的 掌握黑果小檗根、老枝、上年枝、当年枝中小檗碱的动态变化情况 ,为合理利用该资源提供科学依据。方法 黑果小檗有开花结果和不开花两种生态植株 ;对不同生态不同部位的样品用甲醇分别提取 ,提取液经处理后 ,用溶量测定法进行含量测定。结果 黑果小檗不同生长期和不同部位中小檗碱的含量为 :花果株根 1.37%~ 5 .42 % ,地上部分 0 .2 8%~ 3.0 0 % ;无花株根 1.0 7%~ 2 .70 % ,地上部分 0 .38%~ 2 .99%。结论 为保护资源和植被 。Aim To master the dynamic contents changes of the roots,the old limbs,the aloft year's limbs and the new twigs of Berberis heteropda and to provide scientific basis for using the plant rationally and timely.Methods Berberis heteropda has two kinds of ecological plants: one is with blossom and bear fruit (A),the other is without blossom (B).For different parts of the two plants,we extracted them with methanol,treated the solution and then determined the contents of the Berberine by using volumetric determination method.Results The dynamic contents of Berberine in different parts of different ecological Berberis heteropda plants were as following:A:Plant with blossom and bear fruit:root 1.37%~5.42%;Parts above ground 0.28%~3.00%.B:Plant without blossom:root 1.07%~2.70%;Parts above ground 0.38%~2.99%.Conclusion To protect resources and vegetation,we suggest using the new twigs and aloft year's limbs of Berberis heteropda to extract Berberine.
