西咪替丁水分散片的制备及含量测定

摘　　要：目的　制备西咪替丁水分散片并进行含量测定以控制质量。方法　首先对处方中崩解剂与溶胀性辅料的用量和因素进行考察 ,确定最优处方 ,制备西咪替丁水分散片 ,并建立含量测定方法。结果　西咪替丁浓度在 2 .0～ 16 .0 μg·ml-1范围内 ,线性关系良好 ,回归方程为 :A =0 .0 76 75C - 0 .9714× 10 3,r =0 .9998。回收率为 99.81% ,RSD为 0 .2 9% ,n =6。结论　西咪替丁水分散片 ,组方合理 ,质量可控。适用于医院制剂。Aim To prepare dispersible cimetidine tablets and determine the content of cimetidine for quality control.Methods The optimal formula was obtained by study on the disintegrant and the amount of swelling supplements.And the method of the contents detrmination was established.Results The linear range of cimetidine was 2.0～16.0μg·ml -1 ,the regression equation was A=0.076 75C-0.971 4×10 3,r=0.999 8,the recovery was 99.81%,RSD=0.29%. Conclusion The dispersible cimetidine tablets was good and its quality can be controlled. It is very suitable for preparation in hospitals.
