摘　　要：介绍了电话网络测试系统的组成和结构 ,Windows 98的内核管理机制和应用程序权限级别 ,简述了在Windows98下开发虚拟驱动程序的几种方法 。The structure and buildup of the telephone net test system, the kernel management of Windows 98 and the right limit of the applied program were introduced. Several ways of developing visual device driver program in Win 98 were depicted. A developing example of using VxD in the telephone net test system was given.
