摘 要:目的 :探索并建立一种新的无创伤的心输出量实验检测系统。方法 :根据热稀释法呼出气温度意义的研究理论 ,利用微型计算机采集热稀释法呼出气温度曲线、肺动脉热稀释曲线、主动脉热稀释曲线数据 ,采样频率 2 0Hz,并对采集的 3组数据分别进行自动处理 ,得到由呼出气温度曲线获得的心输出量 ( CO)。结果 :从呼出气温度曲线获得的 CO与从肺动脉热稀释曲线、主动脉热稀释曲线获得的 CO相比具有很好的相关性。结论 :经过犬的动物实验证明 ,这一系统具有成本低、性能稳定可靠、结果迅速准确。AIM: To investigate and develop a new noninvasive measurement method of cardiac output (CO). METHODS: The microcomputer measurement system of CO was set up according to the theory of thermodilution expired gas temperature. Expired gas temperature time curve (EGTC) was collected by microcomputer through A/D converter; at the same time, pulmonary artery temperature time curve (PATC) and ascending aorta temperature time curve (AATC) were collected also, fitting at a frequency of 20 Hz. Comparing with the CO values of measured from pulmonary artery and ascending aorta respectively, the CO measured from expired gas temperature was acquired in the same system. RESULTS: The CO measured from expired gas temperature was well relation to that was measured from pulmonary artery and ascending aorta respectively. CONCLUSION: The measurement of CO from expired gas temperature is a feasible noninvasive method and the measurement system is a reliable, accurate and low cost system.
