摘　　要：在低洼居住区的排水系统 ,由于雨季和高潮位时水流的顶推作用 ,往往出现倒灌 ,造成这些地区积水 ,影响人们的生活。本文提出了综合性工程措施 ,采用挡、排。In the drainage systems in low lying residential areas, back overflow may occur due to back pushing of the rising water during tidal and stormy seasons, causing flood in these areas and affecting people's life there. Comprehensive measures are proposed here to eliminate such ponding through water prevention, drainage and reconstruction.\;
