摘　　要：着重从广场的空间形态和竖向利用上对已建的人民广场及三期扩建设计进行分析 ,从中得到启示 ,设计不应单纯地进行二维规划 ,还应在三维向度上加以考虑 。This paper puts emphasis on the analysis about the space form and the vertical space utilization of the Renmin Square in Chongqing. It reveals that the design could get the best space effect if it was considered not only in two-dimension but in three-dimension as well.
