摘　　要：介绍了辽河流域的水质污染和辽宁省水污染防治的策略。为了保证辽河流域人民生活和经济的可持续发展 ,辽宁省已经投入大量的人力和资金对辽宁省水环境污染进行治理 ,辽河流域和渤海湾的水污染状况将得到有效控制。The water pollution status in Liaohe River Basin and the strategic pro gram on water pollution control JP2drafted by Liaoning Province are presented in this paper. The municipal government of Liaoning Province has contributeda large number of labor and financial investment for water environment protection to improve th e living condition and to guarantee the sustainable development in this area. It is believed that the water pollution in Liaohe River Basin and Bohai Gulf will be controlled effectively.
