赖氨匹林片的主要药效学研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究赖氨匹林片的抗炎作用并探讨其对免疫性炎症的初步作用机理。方法 :用不同剂量口服后 ,观察对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀 ,角叉菜胶致大鼠脚跖肿的急性炎症及氟氏完全左致大鼠多发性关节炎和腹腔液中IL 1水平的影响。结果 :30 0、15 0mg·kg 1口服均显示显著的抗炎作用 ,75mg·kg 1PO上述作用不明显 ;抗炎机理与抑制IL 1的水平有关。结论OBJECTIVE:To study the anti inflammatory action of Lysine Aspirin and investigate its primary mechanism of anti inflammatory effects related to immunization. METHODS:We established animal inflammatory models by dimethylbenzene to make mice ears tumefact, carrageenin to make rat ankles swell with an acute inflammation and Freund's adjuvant to make rats get polyarthritis, then we administrated different dosages of Lysine Aspirin tablets to mice and rats mentioned above by PO to investigate the effects of Lysine Aspirin on inflammation and the IL 1 level in fluid of cavitas abdominis. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: There were obvious anti inflammatory of Lysine Aspirin when administrated to mice and the rats by 300?150 mg·kg 1 ,but we could saw little action when Lysine Aspirin was administrated by 75 mg·kg 1 ;and Lysine Aspirin was acted by inhibiting the level of IL 1.
