摘　　要：目的 :鉴别中药威灵仙。方法 :薄层色谱法 ;结果 :建立了以齐墩果酸为对照品用薄层色谱法鉴别威灵仙的方法。结论OBJECTIVE:To set up a identifying method of Radix Clematidis by TLC. METHODS:The sample of Radix Clematidis by thin layer chromatography and compared with the oleanolic acid.RESULTS:By the method, oleanolic acid can be found in Radix Clematidis , but can't be found in its false.CONCLUSION:This method is simple, sensitive and can be used for the identification of Radix Clematidis .
