奥比宁片的含量和溶出度测定

摘　　要：目的 :测定奥比宁片的含量和溶出度。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法测定含量 ,检测波长为 2 93nm ,以水10 0 0ml作为溶出介质 ,采用转篮法测定溶出度 ,转速为 12 0r·min-1。结果 :45min时的溶出度均大于 70 % ,线性范围 4.70～ 42 .30 μg·ml-1(r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 99.5 %。结论 :该法简便、快速。OBJECTIVE:To determine the content and dissolution of o ethoxybenxamidi tablet.METHODS:Water as the medium was used to study the dissolution,the rotative velocity was 120 r·min 1 The content was measured by UV spectrophotometry at 293 nm RESULTS:The dissolution at 45 miniutes was more than 70%,the linear range of the standard curve was 4.70～42.30 μg·ml 1 ( r =0.9999),the average recoveries was 99.5% CONCLUSION:The method was sensitive, reliable and suitable for the quantitative evaluation of products
