摘　　要：目的 :RP HPLC法测定辛芩颗粒中黄芩苷含量。方法 :AlttmaC18(5 μm ,4 6mm× 2 2 0mm ,ID)分析柱 ;流动相为甲醇 水 磷酸 (47∶5 3∶0 2 ) ,流速 1 0ml·min 1,检测波长 2 80nm ,外标法计算含量 ,在 2 0～ 16 0 μg·ml 1范围内浓度与色谱峰面积呈线性关系 ,r=0 9995 ,平均加样回收率 99 74% ,RSD =0 72 %OBJECTIVE:A quantitative method was developed for the determination of baicalinin in the Xinqin granules by RP HPLC.Chromatographic conditions included ODS C 18 column,and column temperature 25±5℃,the methanol water phosphoric acid(47∶53∶0.2)used as mobile phase at the flow rate 1ml·ml 1 ,and detected at 280 nm.The standard curve was linear in the concentration range of 20～160 μg·ml 1 ,and r =0.9995.The average recovery and RSD were 99.74% and 0.72%,respectively.
