摘 要:目的 检测脐血CD34 + 细胞表面粘附因子受体和趋化因子受体 (CXCR)表达情况。方法 取 15份新鲜和冻存脐血 ,采用流式细胞术检测脐血中CD34 + 细胞上CD6 2L、CD2 9及CXCR4等受体的表达情况。结果 15份脐血CD34 + 细胞中CD6 2L表达率为 (74.0 7± 2 3.42 ) % ,CD2 9表达率为 (93.45± 10 .35 ) % ,CXCR4表达率为 (5 5 .73± 17.73) % ;三者平均表达强度分别为为 178.78±76 .5 9,15 6 .17± 6 4.6 1,5 6 .82± 2 6 .90。结论 与其它文献报道比较 ,脐血与骨髓、外周血CD34 + 细胞上述受体表达存在显著差异 。ObjectiveTo detect the expression of adhension molecular receptors and chemokine receptors (CXCR) in cord blood CD34 + cells. MethodIn 10 fresh and 5 thawed cord blood units, the expression of CD62L, CD29, CXCR4 receptors in CD34 + cells was detected by using flow cytometry. Results In 15 units, the flow cytometric analysis revealed that ( 74.07± 23.42)% of CD34 + cells was CD62L positive, the positive rate of CD29 and CXCR4 was ( 93.45± 10.35) % and ( 55.73± 17.73)% respectively; the mean expression intensity of the 3 receptors was 178.78± 76.59, 156.17± 64.61 and 56.82± 26.90, respectively. Conclusions There was apparently different in the receptors of CD34 + cells between cord blood and bone marrow or peripheral blood, which might be one reason why hematopoietic reconstitution is very slow in cord blood transplantation.
