复方三七止痛酊的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：以大孔吸附树脂富集、纯化三七皂苷后 ,用比色法测定其含量 ;以三七总皂苷含量为指标 ,对复方三七止痛酊的提取工艺进行了研究。通过均匀试验筛选出最佳提取工艺 ,即以 75 %乙醇浸渍 84 h。The content of Sanqi general saponin was determined by colorimetric analysis. The general saponin in Sanqi was accumulated and purified by macropore absorption resin. The extraction process for compound Sanqi Zhitongding was tested using the content of total Sanqi saponin as an index, the optimum extraction process was selected by uniform test. It was as follows: soakaging 84h with 75% alcohol.
