疣毒净制剂治疗尖锐湿疣的远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察疣毒净制剂治疗尖锐湿疣的远期疗效。方法：将１６０例患者在用 ＣＯ２激光消除疣体后．随机分为Ａ组（空白对照组）、Ｂ组（干扰素治疗组）、Ｃ组（疣毒净制剂治疗组）进行治疗观察，对其复发率作了比较。结果：疣毒净制剂组用药 ３月以后的复发率明显低于其他各组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：中药疣毒净制剂对防治尖锐湿疣的复发有明显的疗效。Objective: To observe the long - term ef- fect of You Du Jing (YDJ) for pointed condylo- ma. Methods: After the verrucae were eliminated by CO2 laser, 160 cases were randomly allocated to group A (blank control), group B (treated with interferon) and group C (treated with YDJ), and compared the recur- rence rate. Results: The recurrence rate in YDJ group af- ter treated for 3 months was markedly lower then that of the other two groups ( P < 0. 01) . Conclusion: YDJ is markedly effective for preventing the recurrence of point- ed condyloma.
