咳喘宁胶囊对慢性支气管炎患者肺功能和免疫功能影响的研究

摘　　要：目的　观察咳喘宁胶囊对慢性支气管炎患者肺功能和免疫功能的影响。方法　治疗组 64例 ,口服咳喘宁胶囊 ,对照组 44例 ,用桂龙咳喘宁胶囊治疗。治疗前及疗程结束后检测肺功能及免疫各项指标。结果　2组药物均能有效改善慢性支气管炎患者的用力肺活量 (FVC)、用力肺活量占预计值百分比 (FVC % )、第 1秒时间肺活量 (FEV1)、第 1秒时间肺活量占预计值百分比(FEV1% )、第 1秒时间肺活量占用力肺活量比值与相应预计值百分比 (FEV1/FVC % ) (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 ) ,并能显著提高血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM(P <0 .0 1 ) ,而对血清免疫球蛋白IgA的影响则无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。2组之间比较 ,各观察指标均未见明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　咳喘宁胶囊可通过改善机体肺功能和体液免疫功能状态 。Objective To observe the effect of Kechuanning capsule on the pulmonary function and immunologic function in patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods 64 patients in treatment group were treated with Kechuangning capsule;44 patients in control group were treated with Guilong Kechuanning capsule.The related indexes were detected before and after the treatment. Results After the treatment, forced vital capacity(FVC),the ratio of forced vital capacity to anticipated(FVC%), the first second vital capacity(FEV 1),the ratio of first second vital capacity to anticipated (FEV 1%),the percentage of first second vital capacity to the ratio of first second vital capacity to anticipated (FEV 1/FVC%) in patients for both groups were improved effectively (P<0.05 or P<0.01),and immune globulin IgG and IgM in serum for both groups were increased significantly(P<0.01).But there was no significant difference in IgA of serum for both groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in all the observed indexes between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Kechuanning capsule can produce satisfactory therapeutic effect on the patients with chronic bronchitis by improving the pulmonary function and humoral immunologic function.
