摘　　要：研究了催化剂和温度等因素对合成高档乳化剂—甲基葡萄糖苷倍半硬脂酸酯反应的影响 ,得到了如下的合成条件 :甲基葡萄糖苷与硬脂酸的摩尔比为 1∶1 6 ,复合磷酸盐为催化剂 ,用量以硬脂酸计质量分数为 0 42 % ,反应温度控制在 2 0 0℃～ 2 10℃ ,反应压力控制在 0 0Methyl glycoside sesquistearate is an excellent emulsifying agent and is used wildly in personal care product:The influence of the catalyst and temperature and the esterification reaction of stearic acid with methyl glycoside were reviewed.A suitable synthesis process of methyl glycoside sesquistearate was founded.
