摘　　要：目的　对全国 30个省市生殖健康状况及保健水平进行综合评价。方法　应用 4种综合评价方法 :专家咨询权数评价法、因子分析评价法、信息量权数评价法和独立性权数评价法。结果　建立了研究生殖健康状况及保健水平的综合评价方法。分析了 4种综合评价方法所得结果之间的关系 ,计算了各地区生殖健康状况及保健水平的综合评价得分 ,将全国 30个省市划分为 5类地区。结论　经过对本研究建立的综合评价方法进行前瞻性与回顾性验证 ,表明该方法稳定、可靠。适用于生殖健康状况及保健水平的综合评价。Objective To evaluate synthetically the reproductive health status and care level among 30 provinces and megalopolises in our country. Methods To apply four methods to evaluate the status of reproductive health.They are(1)expert-consultion weight evaluation,(2)factor analysis evaluation,(3)information weight evaluation,(4)independibility weight evaluation.Results To build the methods of evaluating comprehensively reproductive health status and care level,to analyze the relationship between the four methods, to calculate the scores of reproductive health every district,to divide the districts of our country into 5 grades.Conclusion The retrospective and prospective examinations are used to evaluate the comprehensive evaluating methods.The results show that the mothods are stable and credible, and can be used well in practice.
