摘　　要：目的探讨中隔—鼻骨复位术对外伤性歪鼻的疗效。　方法选择 49例非粉碎性鼻骨骨折患者 ,施行中隔—鼻骨复位术。　结果术后 ,患者与术者双方对外鼻形态满意 2 7例 ,患者满意 4例 ,术者满意 7例 ,双方不满意 8例 ,失访 3例 ,总满意率达 77.6 %。　结论选择合适病例用中隔—鼻骨复位术治疗外伤性歪鼻 ,方法简单实用 ,疗效佳。Objective To evaluate value of septum-nasal bone reduction in patients with traumatic deviated nose. Methods The case of analysed, 49 selected patients traumatic deviated nose who had undertaken septum-nasal bone reduction were analysed. Results 27 cases were satisfied from both patients and surgeons,only 4 from patients, 7 cases from surgeons,8 cases were unsatisfied from both sides, 3 cases lost follow-up. The total satisfactory rate was 77.6%. Conclusion The operative method is simple and practical. A good result may be obtained in correctly selected and appropriately preoperative case.
