维纶伴纺精梳毛织物的产品设计与开发

摘　　要：通过水溶性维纶伴纺技术 ,不仅使毛织物具有柔软、轻薄、丰满、蓬松的特性 ,还使最终成品获得较大的弹性 ,从而使该织物多种特性集于一身 ,这正是现代纺织品开发所追求的目标。本文对产品设计的各个方面进行了研究 ,从而为维纶伴纺毛织物各个性能的充分发挥创造有利条件。通过工艺摸索 ,解决了羊毛伴纺技术应用过程中的有关难题 (如蒸纱、退维等 ) ,为维纶伴毛技术的应用与推广进行了有益的尝试。By means of carrier PVA fiber, not only light weight,soft hand,and puffy wool fabrics are manufactured, but also the fabrics of high degree of stretch can be achieved. The fabric with more properties is the goal of modern fabric development. In this paper, studying on yarn design,texture design,process of finishing design of carrier PVA worsted fabric which will give full play to the properties of the fabric has been made. By trial, some problems happened in the process of fabric producing are solved.
