布洛芬混悬液治疗小儿上感高热临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察比较布洛芬混悬液与安痛定注射液的退热疗效。方法　选择有高热的急性上呼吸道感染患儿 (腋温 >39 .0℃ ) 6 1例 ,随机分为 2组 ,分别予以布洛芬混悬液和安痛定注射液治疗。结果　第 1小时内两药退热效果和速度相同 ,但布洛芬在第 2小时可使患儿体温降至接近正常 ,且可维持 6～ 8h ;安痛定注射液不能使体温降至正常 ,用药后 4h体温有回升趋势。结论　布洛芬混悬液退热效果好 。Objective To compare the efficacy of Motrin suspension with that of injection Antondini on lowering the temperature. Methods 61 patients of acute upper respiratory infection with high fever were divided randomly into two groups, one was given Motrin and another Antondini. Results The effect and speed of the two medicine on lowering the temperature in the first hour were the same, but Motrin can lower the temperature to a nearly normal degree in the second hour and sustain for 6 to 8 hours. While Antondini can't lower it as well as Motrin, and the temperature have a trend to rise after using 4 hours. Conclusion Motrin suspension have a strong effect on lowering the temperature, and can sustain for a relatively long time.
