摘　　要：简要介绍了武钢三座钢厂不同类型铁水脱硫处理的装置、工艺和效果 ;扩大铁水脱硫能力 ,显著增加铁水脱硫处理比 ,已具备年处理 70 0万t以上的能力 ,可实现铁水全量脱硫处理 ;阐述了继续采用KR机械搅拌式脱硫装置的原因和选用纯镁脱硫剂的理由 ;The present paper describes various types of hot metal desulphurization equipments and technologies currently adopted in the three steel plants in WISCO as well as their effects that the annual capacity of hot metal desulphurization has amounted to 7 million tons and the ratio of the desulphurized hot metal prominenty rised up, thus realizing the object of 100% hot metal desulphurization treatment; eluciates reasons for going on use of KR machine stirring for desulphurization purpose and choosing the pure magnesium as the desulphurizer; and analyzes factors affecting the effect of hot metal desulphurization and causes for hot metal resulphurization; and puts forward the appropriate counter measures to check them up.
