摘  要:研究了 45钢低温盐浴渗铬工艺 ,分析了渗铬层的金相组织和相结构 ,测量了渗层厚度、渗层硬度及铬浓度分布 ,并进行了渗铬层的耐磨试验。结果表明 ,45钢在较低温度盐浴可获得良好的渗铬层及优异的耐磨性。Low temperature salt bath chromizing process of steel 45 was studied.The microstructure and the phase structure of chromized layer was analyzed.The depth of chromized layer and the distribution of micro hardness and chromium concentration were measured.And the wear resistance was tested.The results showed that a chromized layer with good wear resistance could be gained in steel 45 by low temperature salt bath chromizing.
