竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号对进行期银屑病患者神经内分泌功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号对进行期银屑病患者神经内分泌功能的影响。方法:用竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号治疗34例患者,用银屑灵冲剂治疗30例患者,分别检测两组治疗前后血浆皮质醇、去甲肾上腺素(NE)的水平,检测15例健康人血浆皮质醇、NE水平,用皮肤病生活质量表(DQOLS)、PASI进行评价。结果:治疗前皮质醇水平高于健康组(P<0.01),NE水平低于健康组(P<0.01),生活质量下降(49.24%)。治疗后两组患者皮质醇水平均下降(P<0.001),NE水平均上升(P<0.001),但竹黄组与银屑组比较有差异(P<0.01)。竹黄组生活质量得到明显改善(48.30%)。结论:进行期银屑病患者存在神经内分泌功能异常,竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号可调节这种异常状态,改善患者的生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effects of Zhuhuang Granule №. Ⅱ on the neuroendocrine function of active psoriasis vulgaris patients. Methods:34 cases were treated by Zhuhuang Granule №.Ⅱand 30 cases by Yinxieling. Testing the levels of cortisone and NE in paients plasma before and after treated. At the same time, 15 normal controls were also tested. The patients were valued by DQOLS and PASI. Results:Before treated, the level of cortisone of patients were higher than normal controls(P<0.01) but NE were lower(P<0.01), and the patients quality of life were decreased (49.24%). After treated, in either Zhuhuang group or Yinxieling group, the level of plasma cortisone was decreased (P<0.001), NE was elevated (P<0.001), there were statistic differents between the two groups on the levels of cotisone or NE (P<0.01). The patients quality of life in Zhuhuang group were improved markedly (48.30%). Conclusions:There is abnormal neuroendo-crine function in active psoriasis vulgaris patients. Zhuhuang Granule №.Ⅱcan regulate that condition and improve the patients quality of life.
