利胆中药抑制大鼠食欲作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究利胆中药栀子、茵陈及复方对大鼠的食欲抑制作用。方法:选用健康SD大鼠,禁食12h后,口服及腹腔注射利胆中药,30min后给饲料,测定1h大鼠摄食量,与生理盐水及阳性药氛氟拉明比较,记录摄食抑制率。结果:利胆中药均在不同程度上对大鼠的食欲有一定的抑制作用,其中栀子、茵陈最为明显。其口服食欲抑制率分别为66.93%±19.69%和52.61%±21.31%,腹腔注射食欲抑制率分别为87.41%±12.05%和59.73%±11.58%。结论:利胆中药栀子、茵陈能产生一定的食欲抑制作用,其食欲抑制活性成分及机理值得进一步研究。Objective:To investigate the anorectic effect of choleretic chinese herbal drugs and formula. Methods:The health SD rats were used to evaluate the anorectic effect of choleretic herbal drugs and formula. The rats subject to fasting for 12 hours, then give the testing drugs or control agents by oral and ip injection. After half an hour, allow the rats free to feed. The amount of food consumed in an hour period was measured. Result:Both choleretic herbal drug Gardenia jasminoides Ellis and Artemisia capillaris Thunb showed significant anorectic effect in rats. The inhibited rate of former is 66.93%±19.69%(2g/kg,oral) and 87.41%±12.05% (2g/kg,ip),the later is 52.61%±21.31%(6g/kg,oral) and 59.73%±11.58%(6g/kg,ip).Conclusion:The experiments show that choleretic herbal drugs have anorectic effect on rats like endogenous CCK. The active components and mechanisms is worthy of further investigated.
