摘  要:目的:探讨低能量He-Ne激光血管内照射(ILIB)配合中药治疗实验性家兔糖尿病脑梗塞对皮层脑微循环血流的影响。方法:利用经四氧嘧啶造成糖尿病及光化学方法造成脑梗塞的高脂家兔糖尿病脑梗塞模型28只,随机分模型组、激光照射组、中药糖脑络通方组及激光联合中药组进行不同治疗,用激光多谱勒血流仪测量其微循环血流,并测其血糖,进行组间比较及与正常组比较。结果:模型组家兔大脑梗塞灶表面微循环血流较各治疗组及正常组显著降低(P<0.05),激光配合中药组比激光照射组、中药糖脑络通方组微循环改善显著、中药及中药合激光组疗后血糖显著低于模型组。结论:低能量He-Ne激光血管内照射、中药糖脑络通方、激光联合中药均可有效地改善糖尿病脑梗塞模型梗塞灶微循环灌注,以激光配合中药更显著,但此作用可能与血糖改善有关。Objective:To observe the effect of intravenous low intensity laser radiation (ILIB) on cerebral cortex microcirculation of the rabbits of experimental diabetic stroke. Method:28 successfully modeled rabbits,after alloxian injection for diabetes and photochemical radiation for stroke, were randomized into four treatment group:control group (B);ILIB group (C);traditional Chinese herb medicines (TCH) treatment group (D);and a group with compound treatment of ILIB and TCH (E). 7 unmodeled rabbits were made as the normal group (A). Fast blood glucose was measured before and after 30 days of treatment. Microcirculation of cerebral cortex was measured in each rabbit by laser Doppler blood flow meter after treatment. Results: Fast glucose elevated significantly in modeled groups(B,C,D,E)compared with group A, and group D and E show significant effect in lowing fast glucose after treatment. Microcirculation values (Blood perfusion, CMBC, Velocity) in group C, D, E and A, rising in that order, were significantly higher than that of group B. Conclusion:ILIB, TCH, and most remarkable in their compound therapy, can effectively improve blood microcirculation in experimental diabetic infarction rabbits. The effect can not merely be explained by the modulation in blood glucose level since ILIB did not had obvious effect of lowing blood glucose. And this effect may help to improve blood supply in subjects of diabetic infarction.
