羚羊角酸水解氨基酸的解热、抗惊和镇静作用的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:研究羚羊角酸水解氨基酸的解热、抗惊和镇静作用。方法:用商品结晶氨基酸按羚羊角酸水解注射液中18种氨基酸的配比制备复合氨基酸注射液并研究其解热作用(伤寒和副伤寒甲、乙三联菌苗致家免发热试验)、抗惊作用(抗小鼠戊四氮惊厥试验)和镇静作用(与硫喷妥钠的协同作用)。结果:18种氨基酸总量为1.5%和4%的两个剂量组在1.5～4.5h内解热作用相近(与对照组比P<0.01),但4%组的起效更快,作用持续时间更长;两个剂量组都可有意义地延长硫喷妥钠的睡眠时间(1.5%组P<0.05,4%组P<0.01);并能使戊四氮引起的小鼠惊厥潜伏期和生存期延长,而4%剂量组使惊厥潜伏期和生存期延长均具有统计学意义(分别为P<0.01和P<0.05)。结论:羚羊角酸水解氨基酸成分具有一定的解热、抗惊和镇静作用。Objectiive:To study the antipyretic, anticonvulsant and sedative effects of the amino acids hydrolyzed by acid from come antelopis. Method:Compound amino aceds injection prepared with commercial amino aceds crystals according to the ratios of 18 kinds of amino acids in comu antelopis injection was used to study the antipyretic (fever caused by typhoid-paratyphoid triple vaccine in rabbits), anticonvulsant (antagonizing metrazol which causes rodent convulsions) and sedative actions (having the synergistic action with pentothal sodium). Result:The antipyretic action of the 18 kinds of amino acids at the dosages of 1.5% and 4% were generally equal between 1.5 and 4.5 hours (P<0.01), but the 4% group effected more quickly and the duration was longer;both of the dosages prolonged the sleeping time of pentothal sodium with significant difference (1.5% group P<0.05, 4% group P<0.01). They postponed the convulsant incubation and survival period of being startled by metrazol, and 4% group have the significant difference (P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively). Conclusion:The amino acids hydrolyzed by acid from comu antelopis have certain antipyretic, anticonvulsant and sedative effects. They are one part of the active constitutents in comu antelopis injection.
