中老年男女人群骨量减少症患病危险因素比较研究

摘　　要：目的了解中国中老年人群骨量减少症患病危险因素,为骨量减少症的预防和治疗提供依据。方法采用分层多阶段整群抽样方法对中国五大行政区5103例50岁以上男女人群进行骨密度测量和问卷调查,对216个变量进行多因素非条件Logistic回归分析,得出各危险因素比数比值(OR值)。结果筛选出16个影响我国部分地区骨量减少症患病危险因素,其中,年龄因素(OR=1.0591,1.1269)为男女共同危险因素;心脏病史(OR=1.7623)、慢性呼吸系统疾病史(OR=1.7435)、前12个月背疼史(OR=2.1304)等危险因素在男性中出现;甲状腺疾病史(OR=2.7650)、胃病史(OR=1.5427)、家庭人口数多(OR=1.1404)等危险因素在女性中出现。结论我国中老年人男女骨量减少症患病危险因素中有共同的暴露因素,同时,男女之间的主要危险因素及暴露水平又有一定差异。为今后骨量减少症的防治策略提供重要参考数据。Objective To understand the risk factors of osteopenia in the middle aged and elderly in China to provide bases data for the prevention and treatment of osteopenia.Method Bone mineral density (BMD) was measured and questionnaire was surveyed from 5 103 people aged above 50 years old in five administrative areas in China, by the stritified muti steps cluster sampling method.216 variables were analyzed by the non conditional logistic regression.Result The common risk factors for men and women were age(OR=1.0591,1.1269); Some statistically significant correlation's existed in different population, for example, cardiopathy,chronic respiratory system diseases and dorsalgia in the last 12 months in men;thyroid diseases, stomach diseases, and over family members in women.Conclusion Some common risk factors for osteopenia did exist in men and women, but these were some varieties of risk factors in men and women.Thus,the important reference data were provided to the strategy of prevention and treatment on osteopenia.
