摘  要:用溶胶-凝胶技术以1,4,7,10-四氮杂十三烷-11,13-二酮(二氧大环多胺)作柱修饰材料制备了开管毛细管电色谱(OTCEC)柱,并对制备柱进行了表征和评价,结果表明:二氧大环多胺较好地结合在毛细管内壁,柱的重现性和稳定性较好,柱效最高达2.7×105理论塔板数/m.在最佳条件下,成功地分离了多组苯胺类化合物.A novel open-tubular capillary electrochromatography column coating 1, 4, 7, 10-tetrazacyclotridecane-11,13-dione (dione[13]ane N-4) was prepared with Sol-gel techniques. The columns prepared were characterized by infrared spectra and evaluated by mixtures containing aniline,phenol and benzylic acid, the results showed that the dione[13]ane N-4 was better bonded inner wall of capillary, and that the reproducibility of column performances and the stability of column stationary phases were satisfying. The highest column efficiency reached 2.7 x 10(5)/m. Under the optimization condition, some groups of anilines compounds were separated successfully.
