摘　　要：对矿产资源竞争力的概念及其评价指标体系进行了深入系统的分析研究 ,提出了各评价指标的量化方法 ,指出矿产资源的竞争力是由其内在素质和外部环境影响的综合体现 ,矿产资源竞争力的评价应以矿产资源禀赋条件为基础 ,以市场需求趋势预测为主要依据 ,在投资环境、生态环境等因素的作用下 ,评价其将资源优势转化为经济优势的能力 .This paper discusses the conception of Mineral Resources Competitive Power(MRCP) and analyses the index system for assessing the MRCP.The calculating method of the assessing indices is proposed. During the assessment of the Mineral Resource Competitive Power, it is necessary to take the natural endowment of mineral resources as the foundation and take the prediction results of market demand as the main reasons for assessing. Meanwhile, considering all the factors of investigating environment, ecological condition and the level of social economic development and their interaction, we appraise the capability of conversion from mineral resource predominance to economic predominance.
