摘　　要：讨论数字射频存贮器 (DRFM)多比特相位量化的原理、实现方法和影响寄生电平的因素。通过计算机仿真 ,给出 4bit相位量化器正交下变频输出幅、相不平衡 。This paper discusses the principle,the complement met hod of DRFM and th e factors of influence on the parasitic level.On the basis of stimulation,the pa per presents the amplitude unbalance,phase unbalance of 4 bit phase digitizing u nder the condition of orthonormal frequency converting and effect on the parasit ic level of net weighted add method.
