摘　　要：提出了一个计算机辅助的铸件内部各种缺陷的检测分析系统 ,为铸造生产的反馈控制提供了重要的信息 .分析了 8个等级的 7类铸造缺陷共 5 6幅标准铸造缺陷图像 .文中提出的基于图像系列的自动检测系统取得了以下成果 :(1)提出了满足在线检测实时要求的快速图像处理算法 ;(2 )提出了针对不同类型铸件缺陷分类和识别的启发式方法 ;(3)给出了关键铸件缺陷类型的分析方法 .In this paper, a computer_aided inspection and analysis system is developed to identify any inner defect in casting products. The inspection provides important clues for feedback control of casting production. Seven casting defect types and a total of 56 standard casting defect images corresponding to 8 grades of each type are analyzed. The proposed automatic inspection system based on image sequences incorporates the following new developments: (1) fast image preprocessing algorithms are developed to meet the real_time requirement of on_line inspection; (2) a heuristic method is proposed for the classification and recognition of different types of casting defects; (3) key defect type classifying approaches are presented.
