Ebstein畸形三尖瓣成形及房化右室的处理(附46例报告)

摘　　要：对 46例 Ebstein's畸形患者 ,采用三尖瓣成形术及房化右室折叠术治疗。术后 16例出现心律紊乱而放置临时起搏器 ,2例死于右心衰竭。随访 40例 ,4例晚期死亡 ,2例心衰 ,其余患者心功能良好。认为完善的三尖瓣功能修复和正确的房化右室处理是手术成功的关键。Tricuspid valvuloplasty and plication of the atrialized right ventricle were performed in 46 cases with Ebsteins malformation 16 cases developed post-operative arrhythmia and were treated with temporary pace-maker,there were 2 deaths from right ventricular failure During the 5-year follow-up of 40 cases,there were 4 deaths and 2 cardiac failures, the rest 36 cases showed satisfactory cardiac function The result suggests that complete restoring of tricuspid valve competence and proper plication of the atrialized right ventricle are two key points to the successful correction of Ebsteins malformation
