营利性和非营利性牙科医疗机构的局部调查

摘　　要：目的　对营利性和非营利性牙科医疗机构在人员、设备 ,知识结构和消毒方面的特点进行调查 ,为牙科机构的管理部门提供客观数据。结果　在人员构成 ,知识底蕴 ,消毒措施方面非营利性医疗机构有先天的优势 ,并且有显著性差异。而在设备方面则两类牙科医疗机构无差异。结论　尽管非营利性医疗机构占有人才优势 ,但要从激励机制上留住人才。而营利性医疗机构虽目前不注重专业知识和消毒理念的学习、更新 。Objective Towady, our country began to type the state run dental clinicals and the private owned ones. We were luky to take part in an wide survey in one city and got 109 investigating forms. Results The state run dental clinicals have the more advantages in the talents, the professional knowledges and the sterile rules than the private owned ones. Beyond our imagination, there are the equal level among them in the dental unites and equipments. Conclusion It's a great question to prevent the professional talents erosion in the state-run dental clinicals. There are many thinkings about the learning atmosphare built in the private owned ones. The dental market in china is big and cruel.
