小儿脓胸的外科治疗

摘　　要：目的 :探讨小儿脓胸的外科治疗。方法 :78例小儿脓胸中 ,6 5例行脏层胸膜剥脱术 ,13例行脏层加壁层胸膜剥脱术和肺松解术。结果 :本组无手术死亡和并发症 ,治愈率 10 0 %。结论Objective:To investigate the surgical treatment of empyema in children.Methods:Seventy eight patients with empyema were treated surgically.Decortication of the visceral pleura was performed on 65 patients and decortication of the visceral and parietal pleura and pneumonolysis were done on 13 patients.Results:The curative rate was 100%.There was no postoperative death or complications.Conclusions:Early decortication of the visceral pleura is an ideal method in treatment of empyema in children.
