小鼠自然杀伤细胞在乌贼墨作用下的活性表达

摘　　要：目的 :研究乌贼墨对BALB/c小鼠脾细胞自然杀伤 (NK)细胞活性的诱生作用。方法 :用 5 %的乌贼墨给小鼠灌胃 ,连续 5d后取不同时间的小鼠脾细胞 ,应用乳酸脱氢酶释放法检测NK细胞活性。同法观察乌贼墨对S180 和MethA荷瘤鼠的抑瘤作用。结果 :口服乌贼墨后可使小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性增强 ,实验组与对照组比较有显著性差异 ,(P<0 .0 1) ;诱生后 2 4h至 7dNK细胞杀伤活性处于高峰期 ,2周左右恢复正常水平 ;乌贼墨可使荷瘤小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性增强 ,瘤体缩小。结论 :乌贼墨能诱导小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性 。Objective: To study the inducing effect on natural killer (NK) activity and restraining tumor by sepia in mice. Methods: The BALB/c mice were poured into sepia through mouth for five days succesively, then spleen cells were obtained. Examination of NK activity was taken using method of LDH release. The mice with S 180 and Meth A load tumor were treated by same method. Results: Sepia significantly improved NK activity, as compared with the control (P<0.01) and inhibited growth of tumor in mice. Conclusion: Sepia can augment NK activity and restrain tumorour growth.
