摘　　要：作为一种拥有许多优势的新媒体的电子网络，给公共关系实践活动带来了深刻的影响：公共关系将越来越重要，公关人员应对任何事件做出更快的反应，公关人员将处于更有利的地位，全球化趋势将更为明显，人才短缺的问题将显得更加突出。As a new means ,the internet will inevitably have profound impact on the practice of public relation: the importance of PR function becomes more and more apparent; PR practitioners should react faster to any event; PR practitioners will stand in a very advantageous position; the internet helps popularize the trend of globalization in PR practice; the PR profession will be faced with a severe shortage of talents.
