摘　　要：网络远程教育环境是一个CSCW系统。对该环境的开发 ,中间件是关键技术。RT CORBA是一个重要的中间件技术。论述了RT CORBA的处理机资源管理和Inter ORB通信管理 。The environments of network remote education is a CSCW system . In the development of this environment, the middleware is a key technology. RT CORBA is an important middleware technology. This paper deals with managing processor resources, managing Inter ORB communication and application about RT CORBA. It is very important for the development of real time system
