河北省科研信息资源保障体系的优化对策

摘　　要：分析目前河北省科研信息保障体系的资源的系统分布和地区分布,并对与科研密切相关的计算机网络进行相关性分析。借鉴国内外成功经验并结合河北省的实际情况,认为优化河北省科研信息资源保障体系首先要以高等院校作为突破口,发挥教育科研网络的优势和带动作用,联合三大系统,统一协调,共建共享。Investigates the system distribution and regional distribution of resources supplying system for the scientific research in Hebei and analyzes the correlativity of its computer network in building. The authors think that to optimize the resources supplying system for the scientific research the system should select the university as an object and take advantage of Hebei CERNET, so as to take 'the three systems' as a whole in the resources using and developing.
