摘　　要：沿海地区乡镇图书馆发展形势很好 ,但也存在问题。乡镇图书馆应由乡镇政府主办 ,属公共图书馆系统。应当加强对乡镇图书馆发展战略的研究。领导重视、思想创新、宏观指导是巩固和发展乡镇图书馆的关键。参考文献 1。Although libraries in coastal rural regions are developing smoothly, there are still some problems.
