摘 要:葛洲坝电厂智能稳定控制装置不仅克服了常规稳定控制装置存在的许多缺点 ,如难以与实际故障相匹配 ,存在误切机、过切机现象以及调度、现场运行人员操作频繁、复杂等 ,而且兼顾了华中电网全网暂态稳定控制的需要。它能够根据系统运行方式和故障情况 ,自动采取最佳稳定措施 ,在保证电网安全稳定的前提下 ,充分发挥最优动态电阻制动、高压直流输电紧急调制的优势 ,以减少切机、切负荷数量。在结构设计、智能化、可靠性和快速性等方面进行了大量研究 ,装置不仅能完成现有任务 ,而且能与其它安全自动装置配合 ,构成全网在线稳定控制系统。该装置自 1998年 6月投运以来 ,经历了多次系统故障考验 ,均正确动作 ,为保证电网安全、稳定、经济运行发挥了重要作用。A regional computer based stability control device for Gezhouba hydroelectric station is presented in this paper. In the development of the presented device not only such disadvantages in traditional stability control devices as difficulty to match with actual faults, mal and over switching off of generators, the complexity of frequent operation of dispatchers and site operators, etc., are conquered, but also the requirements of transient stability control for whole Central China Power System are satisfied. According to the operating modes and fault conditions, the optimal control measures of the device can be adopted to maintain system stability, and under the prerequisite of ensuring security and stability of power system the predominance of the device in optimal dynamic rheostatic breaking, emergency modulation of HVDC transmission can be fully brought into play to reduce the number of generators to be switched off and that of the loads to be rejected. A large amount of work in its structure design, intelligentizing, reliability and speediness was carried out, thus, this device can not only perform existing tasks, but also cooperate with other automatic equipments to form an on line stability control system. Since it put into operation in June 1998 the device experiences various faults and acts correctly, it plays an important role in stable, secure and economical operation of Central China Power System.
