摘 要:地区电网实现监视控制和数据采集 (SCADA)系统的实用化后 ,即进入能量管理系统 (EMS)建设阶段。EMS应用软件的可用性、实用性、可靠性是衡量 EMS优劣的重要指标。地区电网基础自动化水平较省网相对薄弱 ,增加了地区电网实施和应用电力系统应用软件 (PAS)的难度 ,因此其EMS应用软件功能和实施方案都应与省网以上系统不同。作者结合太原供电局工程实践提出了地区电网 EMS应用软件的特点、现状、必要性、推广的障碍和实施原则 ,并针对适用于地区电网的网络拓扑、状态估计、负荷预报、在线潮流、安全分析、无功优化和短路电流计算等几个 EMS应用软件功能模块提出了具体的软件功能改进和实施应用的建议。After the implementation of applying SCADA systems to region power network, it begins to built up the EMS for regional power network. The usability, practicability and reliability are the important indices in the judgment of the performance of EMS. Because the basic automation level in regional power network is weaker than that in provincial power network, therefore, it leads to that it is difficult to implement and apply power system application software (PAS) in regional power network, so that the implementation project and the functions of PAS for regional power network should be different to that for provincial power network and above. According to the practice in Taiyuan Power Supply Bureau the features, current situation, necessity, principle of implementation and obstruction of applying PAS to regional power network are put forward, and the suggestions on the concrete improvement and application of several functional modules in PAS suitable to regional power network, e.g., network topology, state estimation, load forecasting, on line power flow, security analysis, reactive power optimization and short current calculation, etc., are given.
