Senning氏手术及三尖瓣机械瓣置换术治疗完全性大动脉转位合并三尖瓣关闭不全(附1例报告)  

Senning's Operation Combined with Tricuspid Valve Replacement Operation for the Treatment of the Patient with Complete TGA and Serious Tricuspid Regurgitation

摘　　要：目的　探讨完全性大动脉转位合并严重三尖瓣关闭不全的手术治疗。方法　全身麻醉体外循环下施行Senning氏手术联合三尖瓣机械瓣置换术。结果　患者术后恢复顺利 ,紫绀消失 ,机械瓣位置及功能正常 ,心功能良好 ,痊愈出院。术后 3个月随访 ,患者恢复顺利 ,心功能正常。结论　对于年龄较大的完全性大动脉转位患者 ,如合并严重三尖瓣关闭不全 ,施行 Senning氏手术联合三尖瓣机械瓣置换术可获得满意疗效。Objective To research surgical treatment for patients with complete transposition of great arteries and serious tricuspid regurgitation.Methods Senning's operation combined tricuspid valve replacement operation under general anesthesia and cardio-pulmonary bypass.Results Patient recovered smoothly after operation.Cyanosis disappeared.Cardiac function was good.The position and function of the mechanical valve was normal.The patient was discharged as cured.Conclusion Senning's operation combined with tricuspid valve replacement operation will get good effect in older patient with complete transposition of great arteries and serious tricuspid regurgitation.
