摘 要:对超声波防除积垢节能技术及设备的工业化应用情况进行了检测 ,结果表明 :该技术可降低糖液粘度 ,使蒸发罐的传热系数和蒸发强度分别提高 42 4%和 15 2 % ;防除积垢效率显著 ,对白砂糖质量指标无影响 ;可停止使用化学清洗剂煮罐 ,无化学污染 ,减轻劳动强度 ;设备性能好、操作简便、连续化。The industrialized application of technique and equipment of scale control by ultrasonic wave was tested,investigated and the results indicated that the viscosity of sugar syrup was reduce,the heat transfer coefficient,evaporation rate of evaporation system was improved by 42.4%,15.2% and the scale was removed remarkably with no effects on cane sugar quality.In addition,the chemical cleaning agent was not necessary,so no chemical contamination existed and labour strength was reduced in this technique.Furthermore,the ultrasonic equipment could be operated easily and continuously and its performance,automation extent were very high.
