摘  要:应用石油大学 (北京 )开发的RS剂 ,对掺渣 3 8%的催化裂化柴油进行非加氢精制 ,精制后的柴油不经水洗 ,自然沉降 ,总不溶物由 1 6.6mg·1 0 0mL-1降至 2 .5mg·1 0 0mL-1左右 ,色度 <3 .0 ,与直馏柴油调和后可完全达到柴油 1级品的质量要求。该技术加工成本远远低于加氢精制 ,是缓解目前无加氢能力的炼厂精制柴油的良好途径。FCC diesel containing 38 % of residual oil by RS catalyst developed by Petroleum University. The refined residual oil does not be washed by water and settled naturally. This process is very successful. Total quantity of the matter that is not dissolved in the refined diesel oil drops from 16.6 mg·100 mL -1 to around 2.5 mg·100 mL -1 . Its color is less than 3.0. It completely meets the national quality standard of the first grade diesel after it is blended with distilled diesel oil. The cost of the technique is much lower than hydrogenation refining. As well as, it is a good method to the refinery that has no ability to conduct hydrogenation.
