摘  要:通过对缓凝高效减水剂、引气剂、国标I级粉煤灰及三者联掺对混凝土减水效果的试验研究及机理分析 ,认为缓凝高效减水剂、引气剂、国标I级粉煤灰三者均有减水作用 ,其中高效减水剂是主要减水成分 ,国标I级粉煤灰 (掺量 30 % )是第一辅助减水成分 ,引气剂 (混凝土含气量 5 .5±0 .5 % )是第二辅助减水成分 ,三者联掺能最大限度地降低混凝土单位用水量 .三峡工程二阶段应用表明 ,降低混凝土单位用水量取得了明显的技术、经济效益 ,大坝混凝土浇筑每万方的温度裂缝数量不到以往大坝混凝土浇筑的一半 ,并且二阶段工程中 ,仅混凝土原材料就节约费用 2亿元以上 .The effect of water reduction by means of high efficiency inhibiting water reducing agent, air entraining agent, 1 # fly ash, and the combination of the above additives on concrete mixing is experimentally studied, and mechanism of water reduction is analyzed. It is concluded that all the above additives have certain effects on water reduction, that the high efficiency water reducing agent is the main ingredient for water reduction, that 1 # fly ash is the primary auxiliary ingredient(mixing ratio:30%), that the air entraining agent is the second auxiliary ingredient(air content in concrete:5.5± 0.5% ), and that the combination of the three agents may reduce water consumption of unit concrete mixing to a large extent. Practice shows that the reduction of water consumption yields considerable economic benefits.
