摘　　要：介绍如何利用Delphi4实现串行通信和利用系统时钟控制通信中的时序,提出了针对MSComm设计串行通信协议的一些原则和技巧,给出了编程代码。This paper presents how to use Delphi4 to finish serial communication and use system clock to control the timer of serial communication, and gives out some principles and skills to design serial communication protocol with MSComm control, related codes are also given.
