北京市儿童社会适应能力及影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的　研究儿童社会适应能力及影响因素 ,探讨解决儿童不良适应行为的方法。方法　采用美国精神缺陷协会儿童适应行为量表和家庭社会因素问卷 ,对 91 1名 6～ 1 2岁正常儿童和 1 3 4名轻、中度智力缺陷儿童 ,进行量表的信度、效度和影响因素的多元相关与回归分析 ,并与美国儿童适应行为对比。结果　北京儿童社会适应问题检出率为 2 3 4 6%。独立性不如美国儿童 ,对抗行为和反社会性得分比美国儿童低。社会活动、独立做事、亲子关系、心理教育、父母职业、分床时间是影响儿童社会适应能力的主要因素。结论　本研究为儿童社会适应行为的评估提供了科学而实用的工具 ;Objective To analyse the social adaptive behavior and correlative factors in Chinese children Methods 911 normal children and 134 mentally retarded children (aged 6～12 years) were evaluated with Adaptive Behavior Scales and Family-Social Questionnaire Results 23 46% of pupils have social adaptive problem in Beijing There are significant difference in some points between China and United States American children are more independent, hardworking and socialized than Chinese children .Chinese children are less recalcitrant and antisocial and are good at language, calculate and self-control Conclusions The scale can be used for assessing the adaptive capacity of pupils Children’s adaptive ability is influenced by family and social circumstances
