洛赛克治疗消化性溃疡30例临床分析

摘　　要：目的 :观察洛赛克的治疗作用。方法 :选择 6 0例病人 ,随机分 2组。洛赛克组 30例 ,2 0mg口服 ,每日 1次 ,餐前服。胶态果胶铋组 30例 ,2 0mg口服 ,每日 3次 ,餐前服。 2组均连续服 4周。结果 :治疗显效率为 86 .6 7% ,总有效率为 96 .6 7%。经统计表明 ,两组病人治疗显效率有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :该疗法效果明显且无任何毒副作用 ,具有较高的临床应用价值。ObjectiveTo evaluate therapeutic action of omeprazole in t reating peptic ulcer. MethodsSixty patients were randomly divided into two groups:Omeprazo le group and colloidal pectin bismuth group.The former group (30 cases) was give n 20 mg Po.qd,before meals;and the latter group (30 cases) was given 100 mg.Po.ti d,before meals.The two groups continued the treatment for 4 weeks.ResultsThe effectual rate of the treatment group was 86.67 % and tot a l effective rate 96.67 %. Statistical analysis showed a significant difference i n effectual rate between the two groups (P<0.05).ConclusionThis therapy is significantly effective,and there is no ad verse action,suggesting a high clinical value.
